At Occasions we offer event planning, design, decor, rental, floral and customizing for your event. We will meet with you to plan your special event. We have many options available for you. Choose from:

Event Planning & Coordination:
Custom Themes We can provide you with resources for all the necessary elements to make your event a success. We have extensive lists of local and outside vendors we work with every day.

Can�t find a location, venue, or florist? Ask us about the wonderful tri-state area services that we use every day. If you prefer we will contact, coordinate and secure the services you desire for you. �You invite the guests, we do the rest!� Once the type of event is determined we will discuss options for the theme, d�cor, and the services you require. Once we have information on the details of event the planning begins!

Our d�cor packages are designed with you specifically in mind. We offer set up packages to fit your needs. We will work with you and your family or friends to set up the d�cor, or let the staff at occasions do the work. You decide.

We also offer dismantle packages to enable you to continue your festivities and leave the clean up to us. Why not have Occasions clean up once the dancing is done? We will be on-site after the dancing is over or early then next morning to provide the dismantle services you choose.

Customizing:
Want a specific color or design? Let us help you. We will customize the design to fit your style. We have flexibility to create the image you desire. We will customize your event with table dressings, centerpieces, floral accents, ceiling techniques, back drops, linens, specially designed creations and much more! We will provide samples of our custom work for your approval. (a nominal fee for supplies may apply).

Our creativity and versatility allow us to make your dream come true. We will customize decor for your tour boat, boat house, gazebo, tent or any venue you choose.

Design Only:
We offer design only services which we will create the design for your approval. You then can use the design without any other services if you choose. On a Budget? Our services are mix and match. Want just the set up and you provide the dismantling or visa versa? We will provide the package elements you decide which of the services you want. Each package is designed to fit your needs.

Floral

Available for your event or any occasion.  We have fresh cut floral in our store coolers for purchasing along with specialzing in wedding centerpieces, bouquets, toss bouquets, church pew floral, corsages, and much more!  Come in and see our quality, our attention to detail, uniqueness, and some of the most beautiful floral pieces in the area!  Bring in your quote and we will Match or Beat it!

Church set up:
Our staff will provide decor for the church too. We have floral baskets and floral pedestals for use the church. If you choose our d�cor package we will also remove floral from church and set them up at the reception upon request. This will enable you to get more value from your floral.

Many Rental Items AvailableCeiling Decor:
All Decor packages include ceiling decor of 4 lengths of tulle with lighting. Additional customizing with/without focal points also available upon request.

Rental Only:
Rental deposit is required. All rentals are to be Clean and Repacked in original containers. If not, a cleaning fee will be charged. All rentals are to be returned by 10:00 on Monday following the event. One half of the rental price is due to reserve rental items.  The total balance is due before the rental items leave the store.

Payment Policies
Our policy is a $175.00 down payment to hold your date. This is applied to your final balance.

If for any reason you should cancel your date with Occasions after booking your event, you will forfeit the Save the Date fee of $175.00. If you cancel the date any time after 60 days prior to the event you will be expected to pay 50% of the total event package due at the time of cancellation or you will not be released from the contract.

Final Balance on decorating services/ rentals is DUE NO LATER than 1 week PRIOR to the event date. Additional fees for later service additions to the contract will be due upon completion of the services. Any balance not paid at time of service will be subject to interest fees and collection.

A credit card number and signature are required with a 50% minimum down is required for any rentals prior to the event.
